Program Details
Who are we? We are real estate investors from all across the nation that spend a ton of money on advertising to generate calls from homeowners that want to sell their properties. Most of the calls we receive aren’t good deals for investors, but still have value to someone else like owner-occupants, realtors, etc. Sometimes, we even get leads that our outside of our area and would be great deals for other investors. Most real estate investors want to buy a house at 40-60% of the After Repair Market Value (ARV). Typically, it takes approximately 20 calls from Sellers for us to find one (1) good deal to buy as an investor. That means we have 19 “dead leads” from Sellers that we can’t use, and just throw in the trash.
What do we do? We provide a real-time, online platform and format for Lead Sellers (Investors) to enter relevant information regarding a lead into our website for Lead Buyers to review and “click” to buy the lead immediately.
Where do we get the leads? We gather tons of those “dead leads” from real estate investors from all across the country, and make them available for sale to anyone that might see the lead has value. This would include realtors that are looking for listings, mortgage brokers looking for clients, investors looking for deals, owner-occupant buyers, contractors, attorneys, etc.
Why is this valuable to you? For the Lead Seller (Investor), if someone sees your lead and clicks “Buy Lead”, we will pay you $10.00 for each individual lead sold. That means if you enter 25 leads and 21 of them are sold, we will pay you $210.00. You can use the money to offset your current advertising budget, or you can increase your advertising budget to generate additional leads to buy more houses. We are literally paying you to advertise so you can buy more houses!
How does it work? It only takes a minute or two to enter a lead into our website. We collect the following information:
• Date of lead • City • State • Zip Code • #Bedrooms, #Bathrooms, #Garage • Sellers asking price • Approximate loan balance (when available) • Approximate market value (when available) • If repairs are needed and type (when available) • Seller’s Name (hidden until purchased) • Address of Property (hidden until purchased) • Verified Phone Number(s) (hidden until purchased
The more leads you enter, the more money you can make. The key is to determine if you can use the lead yourself or not very quickly. Once you determine it’s not a deal for you, enter it onto the website immediately. We only accept one lead per property address, and since most motivated Sellers are calling several investors, the first one to enter the lead gets the credit!
We have structured a heavy marketing campaign to drive Lead Buyers to see your leads. All leads are sorted by zip code, and they will see enough information regarding your lead to determine if they want to buy it or not. Once they click “Buy Lead Now!” on your lead, they will immediately be charged a fee and your account will be credited for $10.00. The funds will be held in your account and will be paid to you monthly. The Lead Buyers only receive the complete lead information including the contact name, property address, and phone numbers once the lead is purchased and cleared their shopping cart.
The Lead Seller must guarantee the quality of the contact information. We provide a 100% guarantee to our Lead Buyers that the contact information is verified, accurate and current. If the Lead Buyer is unable to reach the contact because the contact telephone numbers are disconnected or if mail sent by U.S. Postal Service is returned “Undeliverable”, the Lead Buyer has the ability to click “Bad Contact Info” within one week of purchase and the Lead Seller will be notified to verify the contact information. If the Lead Seller fails to confirm contact information within 3 business days of notification of “Bad Contact Info”, the lead will be considered bad, and the transaction is cancelled. The Lead Seller’s account will be debited for the $10.00 cost of the lead, and the Lead will also be removed from the website.
