Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does lead recycling actually work?

A: We provide a real-time, online platform and format for Lead Sellers (Investors) to enter relevant information regarding a lead onto our website for Lead Buyers (Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, etc.) to preview and click to purchase the lead immediately on-line. After paying for their purchase, the lead (with all of the contact and address details that they cannot see prior to purchasing the lead) is instantly e-mailed to them.

It only takes a minute or so to enter a lead onto our website and we collect the following required information:

  • Date of lead
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • #Bedrooms, #Bathrooms, #Garage (when available)
  • Sellers asking price (when available)
  • Approximate loan balance (when available)
  • Approximate market value (when available)
  • If repairs are needed and type (when available)
    ----------------------------------------------------------
  • Seller’s Name (hidden until purchased)
  • Address of Property (hidden until purchased)
  • Verified Phone Number(s) (hidden until purchased)
The more leads you enter, the more money you can make. The key is to determine if you can use the lead yourself or not very quickly. Once you determine it’s not a deal for you, enter it onto the website immediately. We only accept one lead per property address, and since most motivated Sellers are calling several investors, the first one to enter the lead gets the credit!

Q: How does the Lead Buyer know my lead is a valid one?

A: The Lead Seller must guarantee the quality of the contact information. We provide a 100% guarantee to our Lead Buyers that the contact information is verified, accurate and current. If the Lead Buyer is unable to reach the contact because the contact telephone numbers are disconnected or if mail sent by U.S. Postal Service is returned “Undeliverable”, the Lead Buyer has the ability to click “Bad Contact Info” within one week of purchase and the Lead Seller will be notified to verify the contact information.

Q: What happens if the Lead Seller doesn't verify the contact info?

A: If the Lead Seller fails to confirm the contact information within 3 business days upon notification of “Disputed Lead”, the lead will be considered bad, and the transaction is cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded. The Lead Seller’s account will also be debited for the $10.00 commission earned from selling the lead and the Lead will be removed from the website.

Q: Where do we get the leads?

A: We gather tons of those “dead leads” from Real Estate Investor Associates (Lead Sellers) from all across the country. Then we recycle them, making them available for sale to anyone for whom that lead has value and who might be a Lead Buyer. This would include realtors, mortgage brokers, owner-occupant buyers, other investors, contractors, attorneys, etc. Our Real estate Investor Associates use many forms of advertising and research to attract prospects to call and sell their property. This program makes that advertising pay off regardless of whether the lead is one they can use personally or not.

Q: Why is this valuable to you?

A: For the Lead Seller (Investor), if someone sees your lead and clicks “Buy Leads”, we will pay you a one time fee of $10.00 for each lead sold. That means if you enter 25 leads and 21 of them are sold, you will earn $210.00. You can use the money to offset your current advertising budget or you can increase your advertising budget to generate additional leads to buy more houses. We are literally paying you to advertise so you can buy more houses!

Q: How are the leads marketed to lead buyers?

A: We have structured a heavy marketing campaign to drive Lead Buyers to see your leads. They are being made available on multiple websites across the United States. All the leads are sorted by zip code, and potential buyers will see enough information regarding your lead to determine if they want to buy it or not. Once they click “Buy Leads" and purchase your lead, they will be charged a fee and your account will be credited for $10.00. The funds will be held in your account and paid to you monthly (if the total exceeds $25 - if not it rolls over to the next month). The Lead Buyers only receive the complete lead information including the verified contact name, property address, and phone numbers once the lead is purchased and cleared their shopping cart.

Q: What about my privacy? Will the Lead Buyer know who furnished the lead?

A: Absolutely not! The Lead Buyer will not know who the Lead Seller is and the Lead Seller will not know who the Lead Buyer is. The leads are not being sent from you to the Lead Buyer. They come from our database and we do not include ANYTHING regarding the Lead Seller in the lead. If the Lead Buyer needs to have data in the lead verified, they use the "Dispute Lead" mechanism to do so, which sends the Lead Seller an e-mail to verify the data which is then e-mailed by the system to the Lead Buyer.
